Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Project Manager with a background in advertising and marketing to support our creative team in delivering multiple projects simultaneously. This role requires a proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, can juggle multiple priorities, and collaborates effectively across teams. While this position does not include direct people management, it plays a critical role in coordinating with internal stakeholders and ensuring smooth execution of projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Coordinate and track multiple advertising, marketing, and creative projects from initiation through completion.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, deliverable schedules, and milestones to keep projects on track.
- Monitor project progress, proactively flag potential delays, and escalate issues when needed.
- Assist in scheduling and facilitating project kick-off meetings, check-ins, and wrap-ups.
Creative & Marketing Support
Act as a liaison between creative, marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and clarity on project objectives.Translate creative briefs into actionable tasks and ensure deliverables meet brand and quality standards.Help coordinate design reviews, proofing cycles, and feedback loops with stakeholders.Maintain accurate records of creative assets, marketing collateral, and project documentation.Communication & Coordination
Provide regular status updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and timelines.Prepare project documentation such as briefs, reports, and meeting notes.Ensure proper file organization, version control, and use of asset management systems.Foster clear and timely communication across all supporting teams.Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or related field.1–3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within marketing, advertising, or creative services.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Smartsheet, etc.).Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications
Experience in a marketing, advertising, or creative agency environment.Knowledge of brand management and digital marketing workflows.Basic understanding of creative processes, content production, and campaign development.Core Competencies
