Education Requirements :

  • Minimum of 1 year of critical care experience, with licensed respiratory therapist credentials.\n

    Certifications Requirements :

  • ACLS & BLS certifications required.\n

  • At least 1+ year experience in ICU or step-down units, comfortable with ventilator management.\n

  • Must be able to handle ventilator patients, adaptable to fast-paced environments, and pass standard background checks. No on-call or callback responsibilities.\n

  • Manage complex ventilator and oxygen therapy, ensuring patient stability and safety.\n
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.\n
