The client’s company is seeking a hands-on R&D Mechanical Engineer to lead the design and development of complex electromechanical systems. This position is ideal for engineers with a strong background in product design, prototyping, and testing —especially within medical device or other regulated industries .

R&D Mechanical Engineer (Medical Device) Key Responsibilities

Design and develop mechanical components, mechanisms, and systems for new or existing products.

Drive concept creation, design validation, and prototype testing activities.

Apply advanced mechanical engineering principles to solve complex design challenges.

Lead and mentor a small team of engineers or technicians.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, manufacturing, and systems engineering.

Prepare design documentation, test reports, and technical presentations for project milestones.
