Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as consulting or customer success

2+ years of experience in product management and / or product operations

Experience managing relationships with C-Suite stakeholders

Proven program and change management skills

Strong organizational skills with consistent follow-through on commitments
