Are you an experienced Obstetrician and Gynecologist looking for a locum tenens opportunity near Corsicana, Texas? We have an immediate need for coverage at a reputable facility. Assignment Details : Start Date : ASAP End Date : Ongoing Coverage Type : Call Only EMR System : MEDHOST Practice Setting : Inpatient Average Deliveries Per Year : 15 This is a supplemental position to cover call for a few days out of the month. The call schedule runs from Friday to Monday, starting at 7 : 00 AM and ending at 7 : 00 AM the following day. The facility provides support staff for the call, and the patient age range is from 15 to 50. Specialty Skills Required : Low risk and high risk pregnancy management FHR interpretation (NST / CST / FSE) OB Ultrasounds (interpretation and performance) Level I / Screening (viability) Level II / Targeted (anatomic) Routine and complicated deliveries C-sections, including decision-making VBACs, breech deliveries, multiple births Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations Office / minor gynecology procedures (IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, etc.) Surgical gynecology procedures Call Details : Call Type : Beeper Call Response Time Required : 30 minutes of notification Phone Consults : Zero Call Ratio : TBD Patients Seen : TBD Call Back % : TBD Admissions : 1-5 per shift If you are interested in this opportunity, please contact MD Staff at , or email us at .
