Provider Portal Access Coordinator

Duration : 6+ Months Contract with possible extension

Job Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our Enrollment Team.

This role will be responsible for managing provider access to our provider portal, ensuring timely and accurate setup, troubleshooting access issues, and maintaining user records.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience with data entry or portal systems, have the ability to multitask, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description :

Roles & Responsibilities : Process provider portal access requests and maintain access records.

Collaborate with internal teams to verify provider credentials and enrollment status.

Troubleshoot and resolve access issues in a timely manner.

Ensure compliance with data privacy and security protocols.

Provide support and guidance to providers regarding portal usage.
