Are you a Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) with a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) credential looking to advance into leadership while still making a direct impact in patient care? This role starts with providing direct lymphedema therapy and grows into leading a regional team of PTs, OTs, PTAs, and OTAs —mentoring clinicians, shaping clinical standards, and helping expand services in the Osceola & Polk County region.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver hands-on lymphedema therapy and patient care
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of therapists and assistants
• Ensure compliance with clinical, quality, and regulatory standards
• Build strong referral and patient networks to support growth
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives and outcomes
