What you’ll do :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and current clients, building trust through sound advice and steady guidance
- Translate Hoot’s investment philosophy into personalized, actionable strategies for households with $1M–$5M+
- Conduct new client consultations and onboardings- leads are provided, we are seeking someone who can close in this role.
- Deliver comprehensive, behaviorally aware financial planning and investment guidance
- Maintain a regular rhythm of outreach, follow-up, and review meetings
- Collaborate with portfolio management, operations, and planning teammates to create a best-in-class client experience
- Help improve our internal processes and systems as we grow—your ideas will be heard
What we’re looking for :
4+ years of experience working directly with clients in a fiduciary advisory capacityRequired : Series 7 and 65CFP® designation requiredProven ability to guide clients through financial planning and investment management conversationsExcellent communicator who listens first, educates second, and always leads with empathySales-savvy without being pushy—comfortable converting warm leads with authenticityTech-comfortable : Familiarity with planning software, CRMs, and remote communication tools
