Manager - Regulatory & Operations Support

Position Summary :

Lead and manage all aspects of regulatory, compliance and operations support services within WhiteWater , ensuring safety, compliance, quality, and customer satisfaction while driving process improvement, team coordination, and business growth.

Hiring Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years' experience in Water or Wastewater management, compliance, or environmental engineering.
• 3 + years of experience in a leadership position responsible for directing and coordinating staf f, subcontractors and consultants, and making organizational decisions.
• Must have minimum v alid water or wastewater licenses T1-DW or 3M-WW .
• E xceptional organizational skills and ability to make independent decisions and multi-task.
• Demonstrated experience in directing and coordinating staff, subcontractors, and consultants.
• OSHA 10 General Industry Certification, or ability to obtain during pre-employment (company provided online training).
• Obtain and maintain a DOT medical card and pass pre-employment drug screen .
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid unrestricted Driver's License.
