• Must be a licensed attorney with active credentials.
• Proven experience in real estate law, including leasing and property management.
• Strong understanding of commercial and residential property regulations.
• Skilled in contract negotiation and drafting.
• Ability to conduct detailed legal research and analysis.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Proficient in working remotely using necessary technology.
