Summary :

The Reliability Superintendent drives efforts to define, control and improve the Reliability Engineering Strategy of the plant, targeting world class goals of availability, reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes and systems, thereby optimizing production efficiency and minimizing downtime. The position implements and manages reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) programs, analyzes equipment failure data, develops preventive maintenance strategies, and collaborates with various departments to ensure the Reliability Engineering goals are achieved. The Reliability Superintendent works closely with the Reliability Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Plant Engineer and planners to manage and drive reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) programs at the plant level, including lubrication program, vibration analysis program, UT analysis program, wear track program, RCAs, NDTs, infrared thermography, state inspections, Condition-based maintenance (CBM), life cycle assets, and risk management for critical plant equipment.
