COMPANY OVERVIEW

C&C Produce has operated the Midwest's Largest Produce Warehouse located in North Kansas City since 1992. We deliver fresh produce to schools, restaurants, grocery stores, distribution centers, and healthcare facilities. We are looking for Hard-Working Regional Route Delivery Truck Drivers who are passionate about customer service and providing on-time deliveries to our valued customers.

POSITION OVERVIEW :

The Driver Lead at C&C Produce plays a vital leadership role within the transportation department, responsible for coordinating daily delivery operations and supporting a team of drivers to ensure timely, safe, and efficient product deliveries. This position combines hands‑on driving duties with supervisory responsibilities, serving as the primary point of contact between drivers, dispatch, and operations leadership. In addition, the Driver Lead will oversee our overnight shuttle service from Wright City, MO to Kansas City, MO, with the potential to manage similar Gold Star route locations as they are added. The ideal candidate is an experienced, safety‑focused professional with strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to our customers.

WORK SCHEDULE

• Shuttle Routes : 6pm- 4am or until work is completed
• Schedule : Tuesday-Saturday
• Weekly Hours : 40-50 hours+ on call
