Demand Forecasting Manager

A company is looking for a Demand Forecasting Manager to develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for production planning and procurement.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain short-, medium-, and long-term demand forecasts based on various data sources

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input on orders, product changes, and customer requirements

Use statistical models and analytics tools to enhance forecast accuracy and support capacity planning

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred

5+ years of experience in demand forecasting, ideally in a custom or engineer-to-order manufacturing environment

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI Visualization Tools; Python knowledge is a plus

Understanding of supply chain principles and capacity planning

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
