In this position, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting plans for mechanical piping, ductwork, and plumbing systems. Providing consistent and accurate material take-offs for purchasing is essential to this role.

This will involve 3D modeling and navigating combined trade models in a 3D environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Intermediate 3D modeling skills in AutoCAD or estimating software
• Motivated, adaptive, and strong personality
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent abilities with computers and Microsoft Office products
• Proficiency with Autodesk Products
• Strong time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
• Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external staff
• Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment
