Supervisor, Field Services

We're looking for a Supervisor of Field Services to manage a team of dedicated service desk analysts who provide top-tier technical support to our clients. If you're passionate about leadership, problem-solving, and driving operational excellence, this is your opportunity to shine.

Position : Supervisor, Field Services Salary : $60,000 annually Location : Miami , FL 33132 (3 days) and Miramar, FL 33027 (2 days) Schedule

Monday - Friday, core business hours

What You'll Do :

• Lead and manage a team of field resources and team leads, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.
• Define and uphold service level agreements (SLAs) for field support.
• Provide second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, software, and networks.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Develop and maintain support policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Deliver performance reports to senior leadership.
• Drive cross-functional projects to enhance service delivery.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and industry trends.
