Pay Information $75 to $85 per hour About The Position A leading healthcare provider is seeking a DOT-certified Nurse Practitioner in Indiana with experience in occupational medicine to provide quality patient care for a Locum Tenens assignment starting ASAP Schedule : -Hours : M, Th., F 8 : 30 am - 5 pm (30 min meal), Tuesday and Wednesday 10 am - 7 pm (1-hour meal) -Assignment Dates : As soon as credentialed - 01 / 18 / 26; with potential to extend Practice Setting : -Outpatient clinic -2 patients per hour -Support from RN and front desk Cases and Procedures : - Occupational Medicine - Physical Exams - CLIA waived testing (Rapid strep, glucose, urinalysis, cardio check, Influenza) - Acute Care Location : - 40 miles from downtown Chicago
