The Role

We are seeking a technically adept Agentic Integration Specialist to join the Forward Deployed Engineering Team. You will connect Agentforce agents to enterprise systems, orchestrate multi-agent collaboration, and design robust integration patterns to support autonomous agent actions.

Your impact includes designing integration architecture, multi-agent orchestration, agent-to-agent communication, API development, workflow automation, security and authentication, data flow and transformation, and continuous troubleshooting and optimization.

Responsibilities

• System & Agent Integration Architecture : design, implement, and secure integration patterns connecting Agentforce to enterprise applications and enabling inter-agent communication.
• Multi-Agent Orchestration : design and manage a Model Context Protocol (MCP) to coordinate a fleet of AI agents, including task allocation and collaboration.
• Agent-to-Agent Communication (A2A) : develop protocols for inter-agent collaboration and task handoffs.
• API Development and Management : develop and maintain REST and SOAP APIs for data exchange and action execution.
• Workflow Automation : translate complex business processes into automated, agent-driven workflows.
• Authentication and Security : implement OAuth, SAML, and related security controls to ensure secure agent activities.
• Data Flow and Transformation : manage real-time data movement and format / schema transformations between systems.
• Troubleshooting and Optimization : monitor integrations, resolve issues, and optimize performance.
