Associate Position

This Associate job is to provide support to product team in assisting achieve team goals. This incumbent is subject to KPI evaluation.

Responsibilities

Marketing and Sales

  • Prepare marketing materials
  • Generate thematic written business research
  • Interpret high-frequency economic data in the U.S. and China
  • Assist to identify hedging opportunities in FX derivatives and other products
  • Follow up all business needs with RMs to better support their clients
  • Provide support to team in daily routine work
  • Act as back up of designated team

Product Management

  • Participate in the enhancement of product offering to promote business growth
  • Assist in the new product development to satisfy client's hedging demand

    • Risk Management and Compliance

  • Adhere and facilitate legal documents and onboarding process related to traded products
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding anti-money laundering, BSA, OFAC, Dodd-Frank framework, Volcker rule, etc.
  • Collaborate with Middle Office and Back Office to ensure risk control and facilitate accurate deal booking and timely settlement

    • Research

  • Perform analysis and participate in assigned research project
  • Monitor, update and facilitate research information for client / internal presentations
  • Participate in special projects and / or other duties as assigned
  • Conduct assigned reports or research analysis

    • Others

  • Any ad-hoc work or projects assigned

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required at the time of hiring
  • Internship experience in Financial Markets preferred
  • Knowledge in FX, RMB, interest rate and other hedging products preferred
  • Bilingual ability in Mandarin and English preferred

    • Pay Range

    Actual salary is commensurate with candidate's relevant years of experience, skillset, education and other qualifications.

    USD $50,000.00 - USD $70,000.00 / Yr.
