Concierge Associate

Aston Carter is partnered with a growing wealth management company who is looking to hire a few Concierge Associates to their team. They require a Series 7 and 65 (or 66) and are looking for someone with relative wealth management experience. There would be future growth opportunities into a Relationship Manager, Lead Advisor, Sr. Advisor, and Sr. Manager.

The Concierge Associate plays a pivotal role in cultivating prospective client relationships and ensuring a seamless, high-quality onboarding experience. This high-level position emphasizes deeper client engagement, enhanced financial plan preparation, and strategic collaboration with advisors. Serving as a trusted first point of contact, the Concierge Specialist sets the tone for long-term client relationships and contributes to the firm's growth initiatives.

Responsibilities :

  • Engage prospective clients through personalized outreach, focusing on quality interactions.
  • Present the firm's philosophy, investment approach, and solutions in a consultative, client-centric manner.
  • Conduct deeper discovery with prospects to gather detailed financial data and insights for robust financial plans.
  • Coordinate and prepare prospects for a seamless transition to their advisory team, ensuring readiness of all necessary information and materials.
  • Collaborate closely with advisors and business development staff to refine prospecting strategies and improve conversion outcomes.
  • Support high-value or complex prospect engagements, providing an elevated experience.
  • Maintain meticulous records in CRM systems to support long-term client relationship management.

Essential Skills :

  • 4+ years of experience in client services, sales, or financial services roles.
  • Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 65 licenses.
  • Proficient in CRM systems.
  • Strong customer service and sales skills.
  • Additional Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in financial services is highly beneficial
  • Pay and Benefits :

    The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $65000.00 / yr.
