Job Description : Seeking a qualified candidate that is a self-starter, can work independently, and be successful in a fully remote position. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to multitask, has a high typing proficiency, knowledge of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, the Texas Efiling system, civil subpoenas, HIPAA, and the ability to work independently at a high pace to meet pressing deadlines and high-volume workloads. This position requires great attention to detail, the ability to retain high volumes of information that changes regularly, and the ability to pivot to different tasks with ease and precision. This position entails several responsibilities centralized around onboarding and processing client requests. The position is a full-time role wherein teamwork is required to successfully complete daily tasks. Prior experience in the litigation support or records retrieval industry with MetaRecords experience is a must.

Duties include :

  • Client interactions
  • Data management / entry
  • Internet / phone research
  • Legal document preparation
  • E-filing

Requirements :

  • Must have prior TX records experience.
  • Must have prior MR8 experience.
  • Prior experience with research, data entry, and noticing records requests is preferred. However, prior experience in an Expediting role or Mail Outs role is acceptable.
  • Skills will include ability to multitask, high typing proficiency, knowledge of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, knowledge of efiling, knowledge on subpoenas, knowledge on HIPAA, ability to work independently and at a high pace to meet pressing deadlines and high-volume workloads. Pays attention to detail, able to retain high volumes of information that changes regularly, ability to pivot to different tasks with ease and precision.
  • Qualities will include being a self-starter, independent, responsible, reliable, flexible, thorough individual.
  • This is a full-time remote position with a focus on processing client requests. Prior experience in litigation support or records retrieval is essential.
