This role is eligible for a hybrid role, however applicant must be able to commute to the Indianapolis office 3 days per week

Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and licensed Senior Urban Planner / Landscape Architect with over 8 years of professional experience to join our Indianapolis office. The ideal candidate will lead and manage a variety of projects for local government agencies, demonstrating a high level of creativity, technical expertise, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of complex urban planning and / or landscape architecture projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including civil engineers, surveyors, utility coordinators, etc., to develop comprehensive design solutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop innovative design concepts and detailed plans for various projects, including parks, streetscapes, and urban developments.
• Review and approve project documents, including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates, to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff, fostering professional development and knowledge sharing within the team.
