Job Description :
The Center Based BCBA must possess a master’s degree in psychology, child development, special education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field. BCBA certification or appropriate licensure as a healthcare professional, in accordance with state regulations, is required. Candidates must also have relevant experience in clinical supervision and meet all BHW program competencies.
Reporting directly to the Clinical Director, the Center Based BCBA is responsible for developing, monitoring, and overseeing ABA treatment plans. This role involves providing direct clinical supervision to behavior technicians and mid-level Case Supervisors, as well as managing and guiding assigned cases in a clinic setting. Exceptional communication and leadership abilities are essential for success in this position.
