One of the fastest-growing Keller Williams offices in Madison, Wisconsin, has an amazing opportunity for a Director of Sales and Growth!

Relocation to the Madison market is required and okay if needed.

  • Aligned with the Operating Principal’s (OP) vision to achieve Keller Williams Growth Initiative and Market Center goals.
  • Effectively leverages Growth Initiative tools to hit targets for recruiting appointments, gross recruits, net recruits, and profitability.

Compensation

  • Expected end-of-year earnings : $125,000
  • Profit Sharing

  • Compensation :

    $125,000 first year OTE

    Responsibilities : What will you do?

  • Implement OP’s vision
  • Use the Growth Initiative tools to achieve goals for appointments, gross recruits, new recruits, and profitability
  • Consult the top 20 percent of associates to increase productivity and retention
  • Lead the development of associates to a minimum average income per associate
  • Attain a dominant market share in target markets
  • Build the Market Center to achieve acceptable profitability
  • Consult the administrative staff and provide training opportunities
  • Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Recruit sales associates weekly
  • Share the Market Center value / opportunities story with all Market Center leadership and associates
  • Oversee the training for existing sales associates (new and experienced) in key areas of business
  • Assist in leading sales and business meetings
  • Research competition and develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to successfully compete
