Relocation to the Madison market is required and okay if needed.

- Effectively leverages Growth Initiative tools to hit targets for recruiting appointments, gross recruits, net recruits, and profitability.
Compensation
Expected end-of-year earnings : $125,000Profit SharingBonuses PotentialPaid Time Off (PTO)Compensation :

Responsibilities : What will you do?
Implement OP’s visionUse the Growth Initiative tools to achieve goals for appointments, gross recruits, new recruits, and profitabilityConsult the top 20 percent of associates to increase productivity and retentionLead the development of associates to a minimum average income per associateAttain a dominant market share in target marketsBuild the Market Center to achieve acceptable profitabilityConsult the administrative staff and provide training opportunitiesEssential duties and responsibilities
Recruit sales associates weeklyShare the Market Center value / opportunities story with all Market Center leadership and associatesOversee the training for existing sales associates (new and experienced) in key areas of businessAssist in leading sales and business meetingsResearch competition and develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to successfully competeQualifications :
