SERVPRO Team Wall, SERVPRO's former Franchise of the Year, is seeking a new Construction Estimating Manager. Are you a strategic leader with a passion for precision and team development? SERVPRO Team Wall is seeking a Construction Estimating Manager to lead our talented team of estimators in producing high-quality, accurate, and efficient construction estimates. This role is key to driving performance, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer service across our offices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assign and manage Construction Estimators across projects to ensure optimal team performance.
• Monitor and review estimates in progress daily, providing timely guidance and leveraging data insights to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completion within tight deadlines.
• Coach Construction Estimators on SERVPRO Team Wall SOPs while promoting best practices and continuous improvement in estimating processes.
• Travel monthly to each SERVPRO Team Wall office (Harrisburg, PA, Pittsburgh, PA & Hunt Valley, MD) to maintain strong team connections and oversight.
