Matrix Providers is hiring a Traumatic Brain Injury Provider ( Neurological Surgery, Neurology, or Physiatry (Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation) to join our team of talented medical professionals to conduct a one-time, non-treatment Veteran Disability Exams in Boise, ID.

• Employment Status : Independent Contractor
• Compensation : Negotiable
• Schedule : PRN, as needed Monday-Friday, flexible schedule.8 : 00am-5 : 00pm.

This role performs Disability Assessments on Veterans. You will not treat, and you will not prescribe

medication in this position. This is an in-person position, telehealth opportunities may present as needed.
