Enter commercials in Wide Orbit upon receiving traffic instructions from various advertisers and apply copy accordingly, making any necessary revisions upon agency request.
Assist in building, finessing, and downloading the daily broadcast log, making logical sense of sponsored promos and traditional commercials, while adhering to advertisers' restrictions, including content sensitivity.
Ensure all commercials are numbered, with correct ISCI codes and copy rotations assigned.
Work with advertising agency traffic contacts, coordinating traffic instructions and spot delivery to B&T as needed. Maintain traffic contact documentation.
Ensure timely delivery of sponsored promos from Creative Services.
Coordinate billboard production with CS, and schedule them on the log with traditional media accordingly.
Troubleshoot any on-air discrepancies with B&T in a timely and effective manner.
Provide Ad Sales with pre or post logs or air times reporting when needed.
Qualifications :
Management Skills : Leadership ability is a must. Ability to be resourceful and juggle several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to accommodate last-minute changes and requests.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with an emphasis on paying attention to detail.
Technical / Functional Competencies : Problem-solving skills – ability to work through oversell situations and with software that sometimes has limitations.
Ability to work with advertisers’ restrictions, making logical sense of breaks while adhering to deal contracts.
Analytical skills – ability to study inventory, build a logical flow on the daily broadcast log, anticipate sell-outs, and construct media plans.
