As Enterprise Architect , you will be responsible for developing leading-edge digital solutions that span multiple functions, like Product, Engineering, QE, UX, MarTech, and Data. You will help shape technology strategy, roadmaps, and evolve our platform to future-proof it. The ideal candidate will be motivated, proactive, with a strong technical background, leadership, and communication skills; and a track record of delivering high-quality software.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Lead the development and execution of the enterprise architecture strategy, roadmaps, and governance frameworks aligned with retail business goals. Seek buy-in from business and engineering stakeholders as necessary.
• Conduct research, analyze, design, and deliver enterprise architectures tailored for the retail industry, including infrastructure, resiliency, security, governance, automation, and integration.
• Evaluate new technologies and determine their applicability in delivering SaaS for digital retail operations.
• Provide architectural guidance and collaboration across stakeholder organizations to ensure solutions meet industry requirements.
• Lead cloud readiness assessments, application modernization initiatives, and cost-benefit analyses for retail systems, including resiliency and scalability.
• Design deployment architectures for enterprise services, user experience, and operational excellence to achieve optimal performance, fault tolerance, redundancy, and scalability in retail environments.
• Oversee the integration of omnichannel delivery methods and mobility experiences for seamless retail customer experiences.
• Work with implementation teams to successfully bring concepts to delivery.
• Contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence, promoting good engineering practices, managing waste, and minimizing technical debt.
• Embrace calculated risk-taking to promote business goals as a top priority.

QUALIFICATIONS :

The base salary range for this position is $235,000-$250,000 per year, with actual salaries varying based on location, experience, and performance. Other rewards include bonuses, incentives, PTO, and benefits. This position is based onsite in Beverly Hills.
