Salary : $28.37 - $39.91 / HR

About the Role

As a Loan Tracking Specialist, you'll play a critical role in the day-to-day oversight of loan documentation across our commercial banking portfolio. You'll leverage automation tools and our Loan Origination System (LOS) to manage document workflows, coordinate with Relationship Bankers, and ensure timely collection of borrower financials and compliance items. From tracking renewals to supporting audits, your work helps safeguard our credit quality, maintain regulatory readiness, and empower our bankers to focus on client relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and resolve tracking item workflows using the Loan Origination System (LOS) and automation tools.
  • Collect, verify, and organize borrower documentation such as financial statements, tax returns, and rent rolls.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Bankers to prioritize backlog items and escalate overdue documentation.
  • Maintain audit-ready files and support compliance reviews with up-to-date reporting.
  • Prepare documentation packets for upcoming loan maturities as part of the renewal pipeline.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance documentation accuracy and workflow efficiency.
  • What You Bring

  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 0–3 years of experience in loan operations, documentation tracking, or banking support functions.
  • Strong knowledge of loan administration and document control standards.
  • Proficiency navigating LOS platforms; BakerHill experience a plus.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
  • Client service orientation and risk awareness with sound escalation judgment.
