Eliassen Group is seeking a versatile and infrastructure-focused IT Project Manager with 5–7 years of experience to join a dynamic and fast-paced team on a long-term contract basis. This role will manage a mix of infrastructure, application development, and disaster recovery projects, adapting quickly to evolving business needs.

This is a mid-level role ideal for a self-starter who thrives in an unstructured environment and can seamlessly shift between initiatives.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate : $55-65 / hr. w2

Responsibilities : Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver infrastructure, disaster recovery, and app dev projects across multiple departments.
• Collaborate with IT, business teams (Operations, Asset Protection, Finance, Procurement), and external vendors.
• Manage project timelines, scope, and deliverables using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Create and manage project documentation, including RFPs, RFIs, budgets, and estimates.
• Coordinate procurement and implementation of hardware / software solutions.
• Maintain awareness of current technologies, including Linux upgrades, asset protection systems, and AI initiatives (early-stage exploration).

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
