Job Description
This position will report directly into the Director of Program Management and be responsible for :
- Define and implement program objectives, strategies, and execution plans in alignment with customer and company goals
- Serve as the primary customer interface, managing communications, satisfaction, and program expectations
- Oversee cost, schedule, and performance across all assigned programs
- Lead risk management processes and maintain risk mitigation plans
- Review and coordinate project schedules, deliverables, and milestones with functional leads
- Ensure timely completion of program deliverables and effective reporting of progress and results
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Conduct regular project reviews and lead status meetings to ensure alignment and accountability

The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate will have :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred), or equivalent experienceMinimum 5 years of program or project management experience within a complex technical, manufacturing, or aerospace / defense environmentStrong background in stakeholder communication, scheduling, and risk managementProven ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teamsStrong MS Project experience, especially EVMStrong understanding of NPI process (design reviews, phase gate, etc.)What's on Offer
