About the Job :

Ability Summary :
3+ years’ experience in electronic assembly and manufacturing with knowledge of building wire harnesses, testing, and circuit board assembly.
Key Responsibilities :
- Be able to assemble cables soldering 26-gauge, 28-gauge, and 30-gauge wires.
- Prepare, load, and solder microscopic components on printed circuit boards.
- Responsible for doing repairs on PC boards, changing through-holes and surface mount parts.
- Be able to use a Mantis microscope and hot air machine.
- Perform rework and modifications to circuit card assemblies (CCAs)
- Perform mechanical assembly including the installation of press fit components, rivets, screws, and other hardware.
- Follow assembly and test instructions, including engineering blueprints and understanding technical terms.
- Be able to use and identify inventory parts and tools used in the assembling process.
- Follow company procedures and directives.
- Test finished products for defects.
- Configure products, pack and ship to the customer.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Experience :
Must be a self-starter.Detail-oriented.Ability to operate soldering tools.Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment.Multi-tasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment, when necessary, within production requirements and schedules.Prior experience in electronic assembler preferred.Good communication and leadership skillsExcellent hand-eye coordinationAbility to lift boxes up to 30 lbs.Willingness to work flexible hours.Desired Skills, but not necessary :
Provide technical support for engineering teams.Demonstrate problem solving and technical aptitude.Ability to create and interpret technical documentation.Education :
