Duties / Responsibilities

Duties / Responsibilities

Design experiments in consultation with project investigator. Conduct relevant literature search. Conduct experiments using bench and pilot scale conventional and advanced food processing equipment. Maintain the equipment.

Procure materials for research. Conduct chemical and microbiological instrumental analysis of the processed food samples. Conduct statistical analysis and results interpretation.

Prepare reports, manuscripts based on the research conducted. Present results. Assist in proposal preparation.
