Finance Coordinator

We're seeking a Finance Coordinator to support our sales and operations teams by managing job files, coordinating with sales and operations, and ensuring projects are funded and closed properly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and close job files in internal systems and big-box store portals.
  • Generate invoices, verify payments, and process project funding.
  • Track job statuses, update sales and install logs, and prepare required reports.
  • Manage rebate submissions, claims, and Costco remittance documentation.
  • Support finance inbox, collect payments, and respond to client or team inquiries.
  • Assist with weekly / monthly meetings, reporting, and huddle presentations.
  • Provide training support for new team members and maintain office supplies / documents.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in finance coordination, accounting, or administrative support preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple portals, systems, and reporting tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and / or Google Suite and comfortable learning new software.
  • Excellent communication skills for working with clients, teammates, and partners.
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently and in a team.
