Job Description

The Quality Engineer will be responsible for the following :

  • Develop and implement quality assurance protocols to ensure product compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement in production processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Analyze data and generate reports to track and enhance quality performance metrics.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on quality management practices and procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements within the manufacturing process.
  • Support product development initiatives by establishing quality benchmarks and testing criteria.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of quality-related activities and findings.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Engineer should have :

  • A degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Knowledge of AS9100, AS1300, and ISO 9001
  • Strong First Article Inspection Experience
  • Experience in conducting quality audits and inspections.
  • Proficiency in using quality measurement instruments and software.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A detail-oriented mindset to ensure product and process compliance
  • DQR designation is a huge plus
