Key Responsibilities :
Set the vision and strategic plan for enterprise customers, focusing on product adoption and customer success
Develop onboarding processes and success motions, integrating data insights and content
Build and maintain relationships within customer organizations, ensuring satisfaction and driving growth
Required Qualifications :
Proven experience in customer success, account management, renewals, or sales
Experience in a technology or software company, preferably in SaaS or subscription models
Ability to drive customer retention, growth, and software adoption
Strong operational skills and experience working with executives and decision-makers
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required
