The Coordinator III performs complex, specialized Medical Staff function-related administrative tasks with little to no supervision. This includes coordinating a variety of programs and assisting in budget preparation. Key responsibilities include :

Coordinates and organizes meetings, paperwork and filing systems.

Maintains records and insures compliance with applicable regulatory agency.

Medical Staff :

• Maintains ongoing knowledge of medical staff activities and relays, as necessary, information regarding physician status, staff standing, privilege delineation, and or supervision status to appropriate personnel while maintaining confidentiality.
• Coordinates and writes original and edited copy for the Medical Staff Newsletter; creates and posts slides for Physicians Lounge electronic display. Effectively interacts and communicates with Physician, Administrator and Director level personnel to ensure project success.
