Base pay range

$16.00 / yr - $20.00 / yr

Industrial Color Studios is looking for a high-energy Studio Coordinator with a positive attitude and strong work ethic in our Arts District Los Angeles studio. The Studio Coordinator is the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive the full Industrial Color experience. The ideal candidate is an efficient worker, well presented and can easily interact with a variety of clients. A true understanding of high touch customer service, attention to detail and time-management are crucial to success in this role. This position requires a flexible schedule with intermittent early mornings, late nights and some weekend requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Maintain the highest standards of courtesy and efficiency with all internal and external customers
  • Greet all guests setting the expectation for the ultimate Industrial Color experience
  • Direct clients and individuals to the appropriate contact or studio
  • Assist clients with getting into their studios / helping carry packages etc
  • Manage coffee bar requests and facilitate timely orders
  • Maintain cleanly presentation of reception, lobby and coffee bar
  • Answer the main phone line and transfer calls as needed
  • Maintain inventory for lobby & cafe needs, and order supplies as needed
  • Accurately log and track deliveries (whether studio supplies or merchandise for productions)
  • On occasion, may need to schedule messengers and domestic / international shipments
  • Assist on other administrative projects / assignments as

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of front desk experience in a studio environment preferred
  • Will consider someone who is well presented with excellent communication skills with on-set experience or hospitality experience
  • Flexibility in scheduling is a requirement - there WILL be early-morning starts, late nights and weekend responsibilities
  • Proactive & strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and time manage successfully
  • Strong interpersonal skills, approachable, welcoming and professional demeanor required
  • Must be detail oriented and a team player
  • Proficient in Mac systems
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (typically 4-6 hours per shift)
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds, including supplies and equipment
  • Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements, such as operating espresso machines and working on a computer
  • Must have sufficient manual dexterity to prepare beverages and operate machinery safely and efficiently

    • Salary

    The anticipated salary range for this role is $16-$18 per hour. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience, and skills relative to the defined job requirements.
