Architectural Job Captain

Overview

Architectural Job Captain role at DAHLIN Architecture | Planning | Interiors in Austin, TX. This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of 3 days per week onsite at the Austin, TX office.

What You Will Do

• Provide professional architectural consultation from the end of Design Development through building permit submittal and Construction Administration
• Apply advanced architectural concepts and designs
• Review drawings and designs to ensure adherence to established specifications and standards
• Monitor budgets and schedules and maintain project documentation
• Submit reports and specifications as requested
• Maintain positive working relationships with clients, outside consultants and technical staff
• Supervision of technical staff and redlining others\' work may be required

Salary and Benefits

Salary Range : $74,000 - $90,000 depending on qualifications. Placement within this pay range will be determined by factors such as education, qualifications, project complexity and / or experience. The maximum is reserved for candidates who currently meet all job requirements. We offer a competitive compensation package based on experience and qualifications with benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage. We also offer the opportunity to participate in a pre-tax Flexible Spending plan, Employee Stock Ownership Plan, and 401k.
