Texas Telehealth Registered Nurse

A company is looking for a Telehealth Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

Provide patient education and support for medication adherence and disease management through telephonic outreach

Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care plans for patients with multiple disease states

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care and experience

Required Qualifications

Current unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Texas or Arizona, with multi-state licensing capability

Minimum of 3 years of clinical RN experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

RN Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Candidate must reside in Texas or Arizona
