Ginosko Modular is hiring experienced plumbers to help build high-quality modular housing in a cutting-edge facility.
In this hands-on role, you'll install and maintain plumbing systems-including pipes, valves, fixtures, and drainage-within factory-built units, ensuring each one meets high standards of reliability and efficiency. You'll collaborate with other skilled trades in a fast-paced, innovative manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Utilizes Offsight system and collaborates with team concerning work orders and prints / shop drawings to understand the structure that needs to be built or repaired
- Estimate materials and tools needed for each job
- Install and repair plumbing systems in modular units
- Ensure code compliance
- Responds to, diagnose, and resolve factory plumbing emergencies.
- Performs routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems in the factory
- Perform inspections and maintain tools and equipment
- Follow safety protocols and contribute to production quality
Qualifications
Education : High School Diploma / GED and completion of a formal apprenticeship programExperience : Minimum 3 years as a licensed plumber; experience working with diverse populations preferredLicensing : Journeyman, Master Plumber, or Plumbing Contractor License requiredSkills & Knowledge :Ability to read blueprints / shop drawings and follow directionsExtensive knowledge of plumbing systems, drainage, and materials (PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, copper)Proficient in diagnostic tools, hand tools, and trade equipmentStrong math skills for measurements and conversionsFamiliarity with building codes and safety regulationsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to travel locally and regionally as neededWhy Join Us?
