We partner with over 400 top-tier suppliers, including AC Delco, Motorcraft, Denso, Bosch, KYB, Monroe, Gates, Dorman, and Exide, ensuring our customers receive the best parts available.

As an Auto Parts Counter Professional, you'll report directly to the Store Manager and be at the heart of our inside sales activity. You'll build and maintain lasting relationships with our customers, ensuring they receive the best service and support. Your goal? "Get the Sale!" Close deals, meet targets, and help us drive success.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain productive, long-lasting relationships with existing customers.
• Close sales to achieve goals and drive growth.
• Work with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Get to know our customers and understand their needs.
• Locate hard-to-find parts and negotiate with vendors for the best deals.
• Provide precise quotes and follow up with customers to ensure orders are placed.
• Track lost sales and promote company specials.
• Assist colleagues when needed and foster new sales opportunities.
• Fulfill customer orders from various sectors, including installers, fleets, municipalities, and car dealerships.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain and promote workplace safety
• Securing and transferring cash or other assets.
