The Position outlined below is for for a Spa that is individually owned and operated byan independent franchisee. If you are hired for this posting, the franchisee will be youremployer and is responsible for the terms of your employment.

Qualifications

Committed to building client loyalty, valid Massage Therapist License, drug free, positive

attitude, is willing to commit to their agreed upon work schedule and provide a safe

Spa environment for all clients and employees.

Responsibilities

1. Perform consecutive 50 minute hands-on quality massage therapy sessions.

2. Design specific sessions based on the client's individual needs.

3. Promote massage therapy benefits for clients receiving sessions on a regularbasis.

4. Create an excellent, safe experience for all clients through a friendly and helpfulattitude.

5. Generate new clientele through promoting grassroots marketing.

6. Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and otherrelated areas.

7. Complete accurate and detailed S.O.A.P. notes.

8. Follow sanitation and room setup protocols.

9. Must adhere to local and state massage therapy licensing laws and regulations.

10. Must provide original copy of massage therapy license.

11. Must provide proof of liability insurance.

12. Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue massage required.

13. Knowledge of other various modalities preferred, but not required.

14. Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively withclients, management and front desk staff.

15. Treat every client and employee with respect and ensure all clients have a safeSpa experience.
