This is a full-time, seasonal opportunity OR part-time eligible for current college students who can work a minimum of 20 hours per week during normal business hours (Monday-Friday 8 AM-4 : 30 PM) at the designated Farm Credit East office.

As a member of the Farm Advisory Services team, the seasonal operations associate works as part of a team dedicated to improving our customers' experience and to assist the tax team in providing a timely and accurate tax return. A basic understanding of accounting principles is desired, as are excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills. This position works closely with our tax and accounting staff, consultants, and other business units to develop a strong understanding of Farm Credit East's products, procedures, and services to provide valuable support to all team members. Those successful in this role possess a proactive mindset along with a willingness to cultivate both internal and external relationships.

• Provides quality assurance, maintaining accurate and up to date data in all systems and aligning with ACA policies and procedures
