Minimum Requirements

Board Certified / Board Eligible : BC / BE in ABEM (or osteopathic equivalents)

Certifications : ACLS, ATLS ( If ABEM, need current ACLS and 1X proof of ATLS

Licensure : Active TX State Medical License, DEA with TX address
