Your Role : What You’ll Be Doing

Generate and close roofing sales opportunities

Perform roof inspections and assess damage

Present tailored solutions with honesty and clarity

Negotiate contracts and ensure a smooth client experience

Stay sharp on roofing systems, trends, and products

Work with a driven team to exceed goals and celebrate wins

Minimum Requirements

2+ years of proven sales experience (roofing / construction a plus)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Able to safely inspect residential rooftops

Strong drive for commission-based earnings

Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation

Compensation, Schedule, and Perks
