As an Associate Dentist at Tend, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional clinical care in a modern, thoughtfully designed environment. You’ll hit the ground running with a well-booked schedule, treating a variety of cases with the support of a skilled clinical and operational team. Our model is tailored for ambitious dentists who want to grow their skills, tackle complex cases, and be rewarded for their performance. We offer a daily guarantee and a monthly bonus based on adjusted production. Tend Associate Dentists earn 30-35% of their adjusted production, ensuring transparency and support to help you thrive — no surprises, just opportunities!

What You’ll Do

• Provide a full range of high-quality clinical services, including fillings, crowns, root canals, orthodontics, and cosmetic procedures, using Tend’s state-of-the-art digital workflows.
• Conduct thorough exams, develop comprehensive treatment plans, and educate patients on optimal oral health.
• Manage multiple treatment rooms efficiently, balancing hygiene checks, operative care, and emergency visits.
• Drive production by identifying and completing full treatment plans while optimizing chair time.
• Lead and mentor dental assistants, collaborating closely with hygienists to ensure seamless patient care.
• Work with studio managers to meet production goals and continuously improve studio workflow.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through mentorship and continuing education opportunities.
