About the Role

We are looking for a visionary VP of Creative Marketing to lead our Performance Marketing Creative Team. In this essential role, you will drive the creative strategy for high-impact direct response campaigns, focusing on creating compelling video sales letters, ads, and sales funnels that convert prospects into loyal customers. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our customer acquisition efforts and produce optimized creative assets.

Staying ahead of industry trends and understanding customer psychology is crucial, especially in the online golf training sector. Ideal candidates will have a robust background in direct response creative leadership, particularly in the realms of digital coaching, online courses, or e-commerce. You will :

• Lead our talented creative team and manage both in-house and freelance creatives
• Oversee the production of high-performing VSLs, ads, emails, and landing pages
• Utilize your deep understanding of customer acquisition funnels, CRO, and behavioral triggers to drive results
• Implement a rapid testing and iteration process to constantly improve campaign effectiveness
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for golf, connecting authentically with our target audience
• Show expertise in corporate branding and public relations within a growth-oriented company
