REAL ESTATE ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Our client, a distinguished AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated Attorney to join their Real Estate Practice Group based in Chicago .

Candidate Profile :

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record .
• Active Bar Admission in Illinois .
• 5+ years of extensive transactional real estate experience , including handling purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, property management agreements, and leasing agreements .
• Additional experience in joint ventures, borrower-side financing, and fund experience is highly desirable.
• Prior experience in a large law firm setting .
• Exceptional writing and communication skills.
