Job Type : Full-time

Pay Range : $19-24, depending on experience

Work Environment : Clinical Medical Office

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Medical Assistant to join a patient-focused clinical team. This role involves both administrative and clinical responsibilities to support physicians and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. We are a premier medical clinic specializing in hair loss treatment and hair restoration, we help change lives daily. The ideal candidate is flexible, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist physicians with patient exams, procedures, and clinical tasks
  • Prepare and room patients, take vitals, and assist with dressing / undressing
  • Educate patients on pre- and post-procedure care
  • Maintain clean, stocked, and organized exam and surgical rooms
  • Process instruments and maintain sterilization protocols
  • Perform wound care, bandaging, and suture / staple removal
  • Take clinical photographs and assist with microscope-based tasks
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain equipment logs
  • Schedule appointments and maintain accurate EMR documentation
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other healthcare standards
  • Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • CPR / BLS certification required
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to sit / stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions
  • Must be able to lift, transport, and assist patients as needed
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Vaccination compliance or valid exemption required
