The Director of HR Strategy & Operational Excellence is a Senior leader and strategic advisor to the CHRO, responsible for driving enterprise-wide HR transformation, operational excellence, and strategic alignment across the HR function. This role serves as a key architect of HR's future-state capabilities, ensuring the function is agile, data-driven, and positioned to deliver measurable business impact.
This role is responsible for providing strategic and operational support to the HR division by focusing on enhancing HR's effectiveness through planning, coordinating, communications and implementation of initiatives. The Director will ensure that HR processes and infrastructure are scalable, compliant, and aligned with the organization's strategic goals. This role manages special projects and enterprise initiatives ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Responsibilities include overseeing and optimizing the HR function through process improvements and automation, including the targeted use of AI. This role also provides oversight to risk management, compliance, financial planning and reporting for the division.

Salary Range : $156,562.00 - $257,207.50
Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate's experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
